Our team is made up of business owners and veterans of the capital markets with first-hand experience successfully navigating the challenges common to growing or distressed businesses.
Jonathan D.M. Wolch, Managing Director/Partner
Jonathan founded 366 Ventures in 2010, after nearly two decades of identifying and resolving many of the challenges companies face: first as a corporate lawyer, then as a corporate executive and finally, as an entrepreneur/business owner. The experience gained from each of these discrete perspectives was the catalyst for creating 366 Ventures.
In a career that spans nearly two decades, Jonathan has served as a senior executive for TSX and NASDAQ-listed companies in the telecommunications, energy, environmental engineering and healthcare sectors. As a business advisor, he has played a central role in the successful execution of take-over bids, complex restructurings, M&A, tax-loss sales, Capital Pool Companies and numerous debt and equity financings. From 2006 to 2010, Jonathan founded and built a successful telecommunications business in the former Soviet Union.
Jonathan's strengths include corporate finance, strategic business development, identifying and opening international markets and the ability to recognize and resolve many of the challenges that growing businesses face. He is a graduate of the University of Toronto (BA Spec. Pol Phl) and Osgoode Hall Law School (1995 call).
